Who we are – The minds behind Utoppa
Behind Utoppa are two founders who have combined their passion for international cuisine and their expertise in the digital world. Nico Albrecht , an experienced chef and e-commerce expert, has not only proven his skills in Michelin-starred cuisine, but has also successfully helped build up the Australian web shop PremiumCo - one of the leading brands for Asian delicatessen in Australia. At his side is Maximilian Sänger , an experienced entrepreneur in the field of e-commerce who has successfully developed numerous digital business models.
Together, Nico and Maximilian pursue the vision of bringing more culinary diversity to Germany. With Nico's extensive knowledge of international gastronomy and his experience in setting up successful online shops as well as Maximilian's in-depth know-how in digital commerce, Utoppa was created as a platform that brings delicatessen and international specialties to German households.
